Moore & Rutt, P.A. was founded in 1990 by J. Everett Moore, Jr. and David N. Rutt in Georgetown, Delaware. The firm now has seven attorneys, three offices, and strong support staff. Representation is provided to clients statewide in all areas of law practiced by the firm.
